Claimed that a playstation of ~900 had been purchased with a credit card in my name at Walmart. However, I checked my credit card and there is no pending purchase.
Caller stated they were with a legal process company and I needed to be served with legal documents. Asked if I was at home I said no at work. They said I needed to call the attorney since they have been trying to serve me for a month now. I just hung up since I work for a law firm I knew this was BS.
They claimed that I had a home loan from them and they wanted to go over my rates. They did have my address, but I do not have a mortgage with this company.

claim to be from Spectrum, verified my address by repeating it to me, offered a 35% discount for 2 years and free Ipad or Samsung pad. I asked several times if this was spectrum, voiced my concern over validity and asked how they got my information. they were pushy

I got a call from this number claiming to be Citibank. I got a similar call 2 weeks ago from the same number telling me that someone was making a purchase from a gun store on my account. I talked to someone for 3 or 4 minutes last time before I realized what was going on and hung up. I called Citibank and there was no activity on my account. (It took about half an hour to reach a real person!) This time I just hung up. This is a mobile number, and Citi would not be calling from a mobile number!
I let it go to VM & no message was left by the caller. My call log shows 3 other attempts over the last few years.
I got a text from this number asking if I was home. I did not reply.
