Number was not familiar, no name given caller ID only mentioned Morton Mn. We did not pick up
i didn’t call back but here’s the voicemail transcript: “Hello, this is Stephanie Howard with the underwriting department at American Loans. Today is Thursday, May 14th, and I'm calling regarding your recent loan inquiry. We've reevaluated your previous request for up to $58,000 and due to recent updates to our underwriting guidelines. You may now qualify, even if you were previously declined or have lower credit. If you're still interested in a loan to help with personal expenses or debt consolidation. Please give us a call back at 844-658-2484 to speak directly with our underwriting department. This preapproval is time sensitive, so we encourage you to call today. If you are no longer interested in a loan. Please call the number shown on your caller ID to opt out. We look forward to assisting you.”
Claimed to be from Certified and wanted to double check my wiring instructions. When I called the title company on a 3 way call, that person hung up.
They knew my name and called my business line. Call dropped, so I didn't hear the speel.
I did not recognize number. I did not answer it
they called at 6:30 am and woke me up. I didn't answer it and they left now voicemail
They stayed on the call listing, called back and the lady that answered said she could hear me
I did not understand a word they were saying. Either they were drunk or from another country and then they hung up.
Woman said she was pharmacist for United HC checking certain meds. She mentioned 3 I now take, knew my Dr's name -- discussed each med. Warned of possible effects of combining etc. It appeared to be a survey but not entirely without relevance. It could be UHC hiring an outside service (which this was) looking to cut back people's med payouts.
Would not reveal any information about the company or dealings until "proper identification" was given. They hung up upon refusal
The same really dumb scam calling call centers just keep spoofing these disconnected numbers to try and sell us something we would never consider from a Do Not Call Law violating illegal caller . .
They called with an offer for a loan they said I had requested. I hadn't.
