Phone calls of over a dozen each day for about a week now. All from this area

They call from a spoofed number pitching a time share vacation for $1,700- or $1,000-. They want your credit card number. Company is located in Mexico City or Cancun. I wasted 9 minutes of their time. Can you beat that? All you need is a canceled credit card number.
It seems that my former insurance company, The Hartford, rather than contacting me about a failure to communicate sent the balance that they said that I owed them to a collection agency. Mind you they knew that my FICO score is excellent. Why they didn't call me? Beyond me. Waste of my time! Also, Lydia at Brown & Joseph hung up on me when I interrupted her because she was talking so fast and I needed to check a date that she'd rattled off that made absolutely no sense. Sheesh!
Stated they were a law office and when asked to talk to lawyer found they were fraudulent because they didn’t understand basic legal terms. Attempted to get money but threatening legal action unless payment made right now. Call multiple members of same family with threat for what appears to be a non existent person (based on spelling of last name).
They tried to tell me they could save me a bunch of money on my bill.
A automated recording claimed there was $919.45 purchase for a PlayStation 5 and 3D headset at Walmart account attached to my name, address and phone number. It did not state any information identifying me and did not indicate any additional bank or account information connected to me.
