When "Sam" spoke, he did not list a business he was calling on behalf of. I asked him to remove my number from his call list and to not call again. He said he did not like that. I told him that it doesn't matter if he likes it, to remove me and to not call again. He asked if I knew why he was calling and I told him it didn't matter and not to call again and to remove me from his call list.
"I'm planning on making Pho today, something mild and light. Do you have time to come over today?"
Unsolicited Telegram message from an account associated with this number. Sender was not in my contacts. Generic social-engineering/conversation-starter message apparently intended to induce a response. No prior relationship with sender. Suspected spam/phishing/scam account.
I got a message from someone who claimed that a transfer of $1020 was attempted and blocked. The caller provided no further information and tried to call me. I have no idea who it is.
I have received 60 calls from 207-220 with changing last 4 numbers
They claimed to be Bella with Heartland Billing Department saying we should have received a credit of $850. I hang up and I contacted Heartland directly and was told that was not them.
Mentioned that they want to help postal workers with medical claims.
Senior Citizen Mother touched and unknown icon that downloaded on her iPad. She touched app icon and an Apple Badged Warning appeared with Red Writing underneath warning and to call this number I’ve listed. When she called the man tried to guide her to give up her ip address. She asked the person identity and he said he’d back in 24-48 hours to “help her” get her “locked” screen that actually wasn’t locked, free again. She never gave him the ip address though. I wouldn’t give any information to whomever is at the end of the line asking for it. It’s for sure a scam site that has no relation to Apple.
Fraudulent business. They lie about tax debt relief. If you do not pick up or if you are screening calls, a prerecorded voicemail will be left. It will lie about tax debt and ask you to call a number back. One of the numbers they leave is 771-222-6055. If you do not reply, you will get another call the next day from a different number. If you do reply and ask them to remove you from their call list, they will refuse. Please report this number to the FTC and FCC. Only when enough consumers report these matters do they eventually get investigated. Whatever you do, DO NOT provide these people with any information or otherwise agree to do business with them. It is a clear and obvious fraud.
