Asked who I was.. I said, “the person you called.” Claimed I called them and to never call again, then hung up.

The same Do Not Call Law violating disconnected number spoofing call center sales scammers just got blocked as usual here after one ring by the phone service but these idiots keep violating the Law again and again .

1-866-321-2197 they keep calling and not leaving a message. When I called back automated system says they are Phillip and Choen Associates. I hung up as I owe nobody and don't have any legal issues. SCAM
I just found out who it was. It was Quest Diagnostics. Not a scam or spam.I decided to check and see about any appointments but there wasn't any but I saw that they asked my Nurse for the bill number on a bill they sent me that I shouldn't have gotten.
