This number is referenced in a notification that appears on my phone. The notification appears as "Doctor-Approved Solutions" and there is a comment "Video ad upload for channel 646-610-3009". Notifcation cannot be deleted using normal notification deletion procedures.

They called me repeatedly when I hung up on them. They claimed to be from the Fraud department of Citibank. Asked if I had authorized $2900.00 in product.

Call was an automated message claiming to be Citibank, saying there was an issue with my account. I don't have a Citibank account or credit card. When returning the call you hear "zero" and then are disconnected.
