The caller claimed to be from Capital One. I told him to take my number off his calling list and hung up.
Received call from my work landline from 703-457-8163 and no one spoke when I picked up.
I received two calls back to back from 703-552-5475 each time it only rang once like it was trying to ping my phone possibly to capture information.

They called several times in one month. Never leaves a voicemail. They only answer when you pick up.
I do not answer calls and let answering machine get them. These people hang up when answered. Today at 11:38a.m. yet another call while I was out. I have an unlisted number and am on the do not call list. Lot of good it does.
