Claimed to be from Chase Bank Fraud Department. Detecting Fraud. There was no fraud and this was a scam.
Claimed to be my bank's fraud department, hacked my account by sending me forgot-my-password codes and asking for them, directed me to move my money to Apple Cash and then to a Chime account, then to delete the Chime account from my Apple wallet.
They claimed to be from Wells Fargo after they sent me a text message about a charge possible fraudulent. It asked me yes or no if I recognized the charge. I answered no. They called shortly after. It was a guy who was hard to understand. I had to asking for him to repeat himself. I called Wells Fargo Fraud after the call was disconnected. WF said my account was fine. I didn't give out my full account number or my full ssn. I did give out my last 3 charges. WF told me they do not call back after send a text. They wait for the client to call them back.

They said they were from Bank of America Fraud department and asked me to Zelle them money.
Told me there was fraudulent activity on my bank card, from a bank that isn't even mine.
Payment invoice sent to my late husband's email asking for 499.00
Told me someone wanted to charge on my CC for $800 in Australia.....he knew I lived in Florida and even knew my name and address...very convincing..he would not give me my acct number BUT he wanted my expiration date on the back of the card.....he tried his hardest but I NEVER give info...I just call the back of the card and talk to my CC co.....scam
Phishing Scam email saying Bitcoin is charged to my apple pay account. Bogus. So obvious. They must have people who actually fall for this scam. They’re clueless or just stupid.
claimed to be T-Mobile, claimed someone was trying to buy an I-phone. they called back.
claiming fraudulent activity on debit card, hung up as soon as I said I will call Wells Fargo directly
said they were 'Alex' and gave a bank name I couldn't understand (thick accent). Claimed a credit card application was submitted and gave last 4 of someone's SSN. Couldn't understand the rest of message and didn't leave a callback. This number was Google Voice, very likely a scam to confirm info, get more info or other.
Sent an email to me saying it was the Geek Squad from Best Buy and my membership was up for renewal at the price of $416.99. I went to BEST Buy, they said it was a scam.
