Received call from 475-294-3863; call was blocked by Verizon call filter as a high risk for spam/fraud.
Got a call from (475) 275-6200, asking for my uncle, and then the guy said there is no message for him, and hang up.
Called, but left no message. When you search the internet for the phone number, its not associated to any business.
A collection attempt using the “your relative is in trouble” method, VM directing my Step Father to call back to speak with a “licensed mediation specialist”.
Receive calls 2-3 x / day from this number, despite never answering. Eventually blocked.
No message left. Caller "Potential Spam" hung up (or was blocked, or -- more likely -- was a robocaller which got some phish to take the bait) partway through the 5th ring. I *could* call it "unknown" but I'm betting it's actually some sort of scammer.
They tried to scam me by pretending to be my co worker and wanting me to buy gift cards
