Called yesterday, today and a couple of days ago. Left no message. Have NO IDEA who or what they are/want

Pre-recorded msg left stating they were UHC, offering something for people who are hard of hearing. I didn't listen to the rest of the message. Blocked.
The caller did not leave a message nor any other information. My phone showed a message for this phone number as potential spam. I placed a block on this number.
Got a call from 443-492-2717. I let it go to voicemail, but they left no message. I use a different phone for spam calls. They answered with "Housecalls" but it was an automated voice. Long hold times, so I hung up and blocked the phone number. I don't live in Maryland.

They keep spoofing the number about a time-share that I'm NOT interested in!!! I told them I'm NOT interested, and to stop calling...
Attempts to directly go right to your voicemail. Disrupted one of my mail apps while I was in the middle of reading emails using a Motorola phone. Luckily my network automatically blocked it. Typical for Maryland law enforcement. Complaints for this number go back almost two decades and nothing has been done about it.
