Area Code 845 Text Scams and Spam Calls

Got a call from this number. They seem to occur around dinner table time.

I own the number for over two decades. Whomever reported it as spam were spoofed by a fake caller id. But it was amusing to see as I periodically search the internet to remove my personal information.

Repeated calls and hangups.

Calls and leaves no messages. Blocked them

got call about certified mail and then a text about court proceeding on same date as call

They call and Hang Up.

Screened & rejected by my phone. Called back the number & it was from 'Media News Group', asked by recording to 'please hold' and I hung up.

I received a call from 855-288-9287 asking me for my personal information, stating that they would get me additional Medicare benefits. I do not even receive Medicare.

845-418-9130 sent me an unsolicited Facetime video call during the early morning hours. What kind of stranger tries to Facetime with somebody they don't know?
