Being charged 199.99 unless I unsubscribed. Never heard of them. Ignored the call.

They claimed to be the local electricity company and claimed we owed them money for electricity meter and they were going to cut off our service that day if we didn't pay . They wanted payment made to Walmart by cash or debit card and gave us a QR code . Very sophisticated scam!!
Received text from a foreign number, directing me to call Apple Security about a bill and login attempts, they believed to be suspicious. I reported it through Apple as a SCAM, since I do not have payments through Apple. BE AWARE!!!!!

CLAIMED THEY WERE MY BANK VERIFYING A PAYMENT FROM OKLAHOMA FAMR BUREAU FOR $323.25 AND ASKED ME TO REPLY Y OR END THEN ASKED ME FOR MY PASSWOR TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT.
same, They claimed a payment of $983.99 is waiting for review. Came from Hawaii.
They text claiming they were from Apple support and there was a transaction on my apple wallet account in the amount of 549.99 and if unauthorized to call 808-478-9320.

Text Message claimed a recent wire transfer request was made 08/25/2026 in amt of $3750. Asked if I made this request. My Regions acct wasn't even set up for alerts (IT IS NOW!), so I blocked & reported the number.
