I've gotten a call from this number(415-481-3687) a few times & they NEVER leave a message. to say it's annoying is an understatement.
Claimed I was her neighbor and i was telling the people in our building that i hate her. She lives in San Franciso, I live 1200miles east of the state. Wants to be friends now that I am not her neighbor. Conversing by text to create a "friendship" with an american man. *** This is the 4th text from the same area code and prefix in 5 months!! I have blocked all except this one to see if I am asked to help her with cash issues. ***
