I keep getting calls from variants of this number (469) 966 - XXXX and no voicemails are ever left so I have no idea who is calling. This was the most recent variant I received.
The St Luke's Hospital comes up in the caller ID. A recording states "we need to talk about your outstanding account." I looked up the phone number and it says the call is from Texas (??).
I've blocked this number but it keeps ringing through. No one on the other end, just dead air.
Said someone is trying to 1049.00 on the card. Said he needed more info to stop the charge. When I said I'll call capital One (Spark) card he hung up, but called back 3 more times. It was a scam

469-206-2654 Have gotten several txt messages from this number. Last one on 3-23-26 says: "HI. I never heard back from you, are you no longer the owner?"
Rang once then received a text from 866-554-3105 saying, :Hi, it's Raven Doyle calling on Friday, December 5th from the Priority Case Intervention Office at the Relief Coordination Agency. Your file still has active flagged issues, and if they roll into next week unresolved, the outcome becomes more expensive and harder to reverse. You still qualify for balance reductions, abatement options, and immediate relief steps, but this requires a same day review. We are closing cases quickly today due to heavy demand, so I need you to call back as soon as possible. My direct line is 888-662.0359. If this message reached you in error, press 3 when you call back." Click here: 14699825000 to listen to full voice message. I clicked to listen to full voice message, and it gave me call or text options, which I did not do. Sounds like phishing and scamming to me.
