I am reporting a scam involving the phone number 323-679-1096, which repeatedly contacts me claiming I have been approved for a $500,000 loan. The caller aggressively asks for personal information such as my Social Security number, banking details, and other sensitive data under false pretenses. I did not apply for any such loan, and this appears to be a fraudulent attempt to steal my identity or financial information. I am requesting that this number be investigated and blocked to prevent further scams against myself or others.

His name was Andy. I spoke with him on a Friday. He was calling about a job opening for an open Recruiter position for Transamerica in Brentwood, CA. He said that the Manager wanted him to reach out to me and set up an interview for the following Monday. At that moment, the call went silent. I could not hear anything coming from his end. I kept saying Hello, Hello. .... Nothing. So after about 5 minutes, I hung up. I waited to see if he would call back. He called back about 45 minutes later. Again, he wanted to set up a Zoom interview for the following Monday. He said he had my email address and right at that point, the call went silent again. I sat on the line for about 5 minutes and eventually hung up. I called the number back and left a voicemail asking that he call me back or email me. I have not heard back from him.

Received one call from this phone number - I declined the call. Almost instantly the same number called so I had answered. It was a man calling from what sounded like a very noisy call center to inform me about $1080 charge attempting to be completed in Istanbul, Turkey. He said he is calling to protect my card and that I am not responsible for fraud charges. He then proceeded to give me the last 4 digits of the Visa/MasterCard debit card - which I believe is no longer an active card (expired) and has since been replaced. He asked for the expiration date of my new debit card. I asked him which specific card is he referring to (merchant, etc)? He was not providing specific information to me, so when i declined to provide the expiration date to him he ended our call.
