UNKNOWN CALLER HUNG UP WHEN MY ANSWERING SYSTEM ASKED THEM THEIR NAME AND REASON FOR CALLING!

This is not a spam number - this agency uses an agency-wide phone/messenger system that assigns each staff person a unique phone number so they can reach clients without using personal phones and so that they don't have to purchase each staff person a company cell phone. It is legitimate.
Used Google call screen, and caller did not identify themselves and then hung up. 3rd call from area code (458) The Dalles, OR since April 30. Definitely a scammer. I don't know who or why but I will continue to block & Report to FTC.
