Didn't recognize the ph# so I did not answer. Recorded voice message said it was regarding an account I recently opened and said "if you are_________(they did not say a name) please enter your 10 digit ph# followed by the # sign which I did not enter. I blocked the number from my phone.
Annoyance! Called and did not say anything (background noise heard so I know it’s a person) and then hung up.
