"Hi, this is Grace I'm hearing administrator on a recorded line can you hear me OK.". This is one of those robocalls which can be programmed to interact with you and convince the caller they are a real person, but you’re receiving a call from a robot not an actual person.
Some BS about the employment office of “my company” on a recorded line.
Person said hello and pretended we had a bad connection. Wouldn't tell me who it was and then hung up.
