I don't live in the state of VA anymore but I still have a 540 area code cell phone. This was a live person after a long pause (robo call). Not sure what they are selling but I'm not buying.
A man called me to argue. Stated he called simply to argue. Would not let me speak to a manager. and blocked my calls after.
