I have received 5 calls from this number since I got my new number a couple of weeks ago. They are calling for someone named Michael. When I told them twice that this was a new number, and I didn't know any Michael. They said they would remove my number. The third time I told them, I explained that they had called before and not to call my number again. He said he couldn't take me off their list unless I listened to his script. I asked for the name of the company, and they tried to tell me it was Medicare. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was the highest supervisor there. I told him to give me his supervisor's name and when he'd be available. He said he wouldn't put me through to the owner of the "company." I pointed out that if there is a company owner, he was not with Medicare then. I then became angry and told him to read his script. The script was reading of Michael's name and birthday asking me to verify it was correct as if I were Michael. I answered "No." Then he laughed and said that I needed to say "Yes" or he wouldn't take me off the list. I then began yelling at him and he accused me of being abusive, and I told him this was harassment. He hung up on me. I blocked the number, but they called back the next day routing through a different number. I don't know how to get them to stop. I have told them multiple times that there is no Michael here. They won't tell me who they are, so I can't go above their heads or appeal to the company to have them quit calling. It really is feeling like harassment. I get very agitated now every time I answer the phone from an unknown number.
