Claim to be a student loan forgiveness program. Is actually a company that tries to raise your credit score. In return they have you file paperwork and agree to pay them X amount of money. Totally misleading...

All comments above are correct. They are very good at making you believe they are legitimate, even transferred me to an alternate Navient contact number to answer other questions I had. I had to change all of my information and contact lifelock. So far I'm still ok
