Received a text message to someone named Louis from a Sandra at Crest Mortgage offering lower rates with an apology for bothering said person.but wanted to make sure they weren't losing out on the most current low rates and requested an email address to give further information.
This number calls our office once or twice each day. No dialog, just annoying.
