hello, my mother just had this very same call, is there a place we can report these too???
my 83 yr old mother received a voice mail recording from this phone 747-282-2330 saying they will deduct $99 out of her bank acct for a renewal. she never signed up for anything with them - only a few years back she needed computer help, and someone to fix it, and they keep hasselling her. I called this phone number and they said they'd need to send me an online cancellation form, and hung up on me, I never got any cancellation form. THIS IS FRAUD! last 12/9/2019, my mother also got an email from a US eTechSupport saying they're going to deduct, which I called them at that time at 225-269-9002 and argued till they said they'd cancel it. is this the same place?? I don't know but they are fraud.
Left a voice mail stating this: For renewal computer services. As a registered customer a $299.99 will be deducted from your account. If you wish to cancel, please press 1 to connect to our refund teem, or call us back at our toll free number 1-747-282-2330. Thank you. I'm not registered at any company for computer assistance or any other kind of help, and I have never paid any moneies to whatever they are! This was left on my voice mail on my cell phone!
Robo-Caller claimed to be from Dell computers and said we had signed up for premier technical support (or something like that), and they were cancelling that service so we were owed a refund.
