Complaints about Phone Numbers651-432-####

Keeps calling. Barely speaks english. Call center background noise.

called my phone and spoke gibberish and then stopped responding but didnt hang up.

stated they were a collection company. i have never had the service they stated i owed money to. i hung up

Keeps calling. Never leaves message. Do NOT answer.

Tried to verify my identity, refused to tell me what she was calling about. Blocked the number

This number calls about 5x a day for the past few weeks.

Called them back and got an automated recording. It's a place called CBE Group

I have no debt...but they call everyday from many different numbers. They won't stop...I am sick of it!!
