Complaints about Phone Numbers800-867-####

got a customer care center at 1-800-867-7183 asking me to reply to complete the transaction

continuous texts to call this number, they are using up my minutes. How to stop them?

Company left message about a debt that was owed. Idon't know what debt this is about. When I called back from a work phone, it took 15 rings to answer. They asked for my name but I did not give them my information since I do not know who they are. They gave me a website UCBinc.com to research them. I do not know to what debt they are referring to for collection. I told them they would have to contact me by mail.

REFUSED TO STATE WHO THEY WERE UNTIL THEY CONFIRMED THEY HAD REACHED THE PERSON THEY WERE CALLING FOR..... NAH NOT TODAY HONEY!!!

This outfit keeps calling me at work. This is illegal, I believe.
