It seems that my former insurance company, The Hartford, rather than contacting me about a failure to communicate sent the balance that they said that I owed them to a collection agency. Mind you they knew that my FICO score is excellent. Why they didn't call me? Beyond me. Waste of my time! Also, Lydia at Brown & Joseph hung up on me when I interrupted her because she was talking so fast and I needed to check a date that she'd rattled off that made absolutely no sense. Sheesh!
