I've received 2 calls & 1 voice-mail from this number in the last week that show up as "Verizon Agent" yet Verizon spam filter is blocking the calls. I'm sure Verizon would block their own calls. The VM was barely undstandable & timed out the recording. Something else I'm sure Verizon would do. They're scammers, don't answer.
