Known and persistant robo callers, considered not only a spam risk but a HIGH RISK! Blatant violators of the TCPA (and possibly the FDCPA)! This number has also been connected to other scams!
Got a call from Capital 1 requesting call back, did not leave any other information, we don't do business with Capital 1, never have. Calls come in 3 - 4 times a day.
