I got a call from 214-432-0257 said they were from merchant services but couldn't tell me the name of their business.
Stated as TXU debt collector. Asked me for my personally identifiable information in order to look up my account to see why I was returning their call. I politely declined and hung up. And then I paid my TXU bill.
SAID THEY WERE WITH MERCHANT SERVICES CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WANTED US TO SIGN UP WITH THEIR COMPANY
# came up as voicemail. I absentmindedly entered password then. the call shut off. Changing password now
Asian man telling me he was with Medicare and did I receive my package yet and my $350. Check.
This number keeps calling me. Evidently, it's a robo call. When I answer, there's a brief silence and then a hang up. Not sure who this is
I keep getting a phone call from this number and it states TELEMARKETER on the caller id. Never leaves a message.
I received a call from Danielle Brown saying that we were overbilled for our credit card services. She said our statement should have had a notice of information pertaining to an increase on it (which it did) and that we should send a copy of our last statement for a rate review and adjustment. If this was legit and she is with the company that we deal with, they should already have that statement information. They wouldn't have to call me and ask for it.
