i’ve received 3 voicemails around the same time frame the first voicemail sounds like they are saying “red line” or something of the sort, i cannot decipher what they’re saying exactly, and then it goes silent, the second voicemail is just 9 seconds of nothing, the most recent (3rd) voicemail is the same voice from the first one except it’s just a point of a second sound and then silence i am very confused??
I got a call from this number and they left a 9 second voicemail that was just some weird breathing and indistinct chatter in the background.
3 calls from them in the past 2 days, i will not be picking up.

Robo calls my cell phone - annoying- will block
This number calls my direct line at work about 10 times a day. Never leaves a message i always divert it to voice mail.
I was called by this number about 20 times in the past month or two, and every time I told them to remove me from the call list. The woman I spoke to sounded SHOCKED when I told her to stop calling me even though I've done so before. It always seems to be the same voice every time I get called claiming she's from a company called "Degree Transfers" that I can 't find online at all.
Ten calls from this unknown number. Receive 2-3 calls daily in the past week. never leave a message. Quite annoying.
Two calls today from this number, my phone has blocked it as Fraud Risk.
