Started out telling me that he was 5 minutes from my house with a delivery. Then asked if I was home. Since I was expecting a delivery, I said that I was about 20 minutes from home and could meet there. The caller said that I needed to write down some information. He said that his name was Brian Parker and gave me a confirmation code, then a package number and then a claim number. I asked why. He did not answer. I then asked what company was he with as I knew the shipping company's name that I was expecting. He said he was with Publisher's Clearinghouse and that I had a prize. I said, since you are 5 minutes away from my house, I will meet you there as I think this is a scam. I hung up, drove home and low and behold, no one there waiting on me. Slick trick trying the delivery method of scamming. Be aware of this trick.
