Got a call from this number and the caller ID popped up as "Testing" from Ojai, CA. No message but called back and it is ANOTHER auto warranty place. It gives the option to opt out almost immediately yet, it is just a different number they use to call from if you opt out.
Robocall for Google Listings. However, a search for the number listed a store called "Tone That Fat - Online Vegan Clothing," based in Ojai, CA. Could be the recorded call is using that number as a fake caller ID. Won't do well for the clothing business, if that's so.
