John Lindy is very unprofessional and could use a course in manners. I made him say please in order to transfer a call to our Atty's assistant. He laughed and I said "there you go, a little manners goes a long way now doesn't it sir" and put him to voicemail. He was so rude and completely talks over you. This dude should never call a professional office.
Message from John Lindy saying I had been selected as a top attorney.
We receivined a call at our office from John Lindy and questioned my assistant if she knew what she was talking about and then hung up on her

We have received at least 3 or so phone calls from Renee Webb claiming my boss has asked her to call him back to interview him for Top Attorney's. I asked her to email information which she replied "THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND NEVER MIND I GUESS IF YOU ARE NOT INERESTED!!" in the most rudest, unprofessional manner I have ever experienced from someone trying to sell you something. Let's call it what it is - a sales call. We will never do business with this company. I called and reported her to her boss.
Some woman "interviewed" me and tried to hard sell me on purchasing on line exposure for my investigative law practice. When I started asking questions, she became almost hysterical, repeating the same canned answers. She wouldn't let me get off the line in a polite manner so I had to hang up on her. I believe that these calls are originating out of a "boiler room" operation in or near Valley Stream, Nassau County.
Yes, same rude man. I hung up on him because he starting yelling at me when I asked him to email me his questions. He said he does not do any favors. What a scam.
Got a call from 516-826-0347 stating he was John Lindy and wanted to include me in their top attorney book. When I said I didn't have time right now to discuss my achievements, he said, "No achievements. You fail! and hung up.
Left voice mail that they wanted to publish an article about me for Top Attorneys of America. Did not respond.
