most likely they bought some old debt from 10 year ago i never paid and think that somehow i will pay it now. anyone who gets these call go to https://voice.google.com/ sign up for a number and change your credits cards and utilities for this number (it can receives txt also), they just pull this number off your credit card file and these calls wont bother you any more to your real phone. you can choose to get an email with the voice msg if you want, i just go check the voice mail every 6 months and mark it as spam while laughing at these fools.

Called saying action would be taken and to have attorney contact them.

They are scammers

These people had my name, number, DOB and last four of my SSN. They claimed I had an account with HSBC that was in serious delinquency and I would be taken to court if...I stopped them before they could finish and asked what state they were in. The woman said Georgia but 323 is a Los Angeles area code. I called her out and she just started screaming "We'll see you in court!". Verified with HSBC that I'd never had an account with them. This is 200% a scam.

the recording repeats the name & says there's claim against you & provides the claim number. It also advise you to speak to a live agent..

I have received multiple calls at all hours from this number. Claiming that there is a claim against me and that they are going to serve me with documents. When questioned, they end up hanging up.

claiming that according to state and federal regulations there is a claim against you and it was in your best interest to have you or an attorney call global management at 1-800-839-1639 which this company does not exist and that number comes up as a scam when researched
