The first person said they will offer me Rogers communication wifi 500 speed with home phone and Tv services for $75. I said I have been a Rogers customer for over 13 years and pay too much. Then I was apparently transferred to a supervisor who said he is from Bell Canada. Could be scam not sure but my baby was crying so they will call back today.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer since I don't know anybody in Canada and don't conduct business with any companies in Canada. Tried calling back on another line and got a recording that the number was disconnect. Tells me its a robocaller or spam or both.
