It's for health insurance. If you call the number back it is completely automated and if you press 2... your number then goes on the "do not call list". Also gives you options to remove other phone numbers.

Foreign guy swearing when I answered the call - stating to someone in the back ground that "she hung up on me last time so I'm going to keep call" asked for me and when I asked what the call was about - it had to do with some TransUnion (I think this is what he said as he was very hard to understand) plan for my BCBS - I told him I was not interested and hung up. I have received MULTIPLE calls from 269-215-6***, several different numbers for the last 3. The message is the same, they are from a hearing company and want to know if I can hear them ok because they are attempting to get me to say yes. I have requested each and every one of these calls that they stop calling me and that I am contacting the police, however they continue to call. I have blocked every one of the numbers they've used and they keep calling!
