Foreign guy swearing when I answered the call - stating to someone in the back ground that "she hung up on me last time so I'm going to keep call" asked for me and when I asked what the call was about - it had to do with some TransUnion (I think this is what he said as he was very hard to understand) plan for my BCBS - I told him I was not interested and hung up. He called right back so I have blocked the number - very rude person
