Picked up no voice tried to call me twice

Called twice -

say hello and nothing else !!They will say this Amanda on recorded line I am a social security advisor then they will say can you hear me okay DO NOT say yes .......If you say yes they have you voice print will try to access your personal stuff els where say nothing and hang up. social security will not call you they send letters

I got a voicemail but there was nothing on it... the call lasted 5 seconds.

Claims he is a housing administrator on a recorded line

Robocall. Called twice, one time he said he was representing a cruise ship company, another time he was working for a help wanted company with job positions. Both times he started asking for "information about you." Hung up after hostile reply telling I am now interested in anything he was selling.

Hung up when call was answered.
