I’m happy I looked the number up. “Jason” keeps calling me about student loans and I DO have them. So I was wondering if this really was someone to help with loan forgiveness because I applied for a loan forgiveness program. I hate scammers. They’re just trying to get your SSN. You know what they are? Scum. That’s what comes to mind lol

Says she is Savannah, calling from Consumer Counseling. I have asked her not to call but then she will call a few days later from a different number.

I just received a call from this number that actually started out nicely enough but I am listing it as a scam because of the abrupt and suspicious end! The lady said she is an employment recruiter and "I definitely can place you with a job in your area but first I need to know what kinds of jobs you are looking for?" I gave a few responses that weren't location specific or detailed. She said "okay great! I can definitely help. We found your name on a job hunting website (that is possible since I have been on a few lately) but yet she NEVER addressed me by name, just "ma'am." THEN the clincher: "What year did you graduate or receive a G.E.D."? I replied "1979." Immediately and very fast she responded "Okay, thank you, have a wonderful day" and then hung up before I could respond!

Very annoying scam
