Who called me from this phone number (989) 705-6001

Tried to tell me he could lower my business Frontier bill to $50 a month. Then changed it to $130. Would be locked in for 12 months, then month by month at "current rate". Told him I'd have to check with other owners of business, and I need his name and company name. He said, so you're accepting my offer? I said no, I need your name, number and company name. He refused and told me to enjoy paying the rate I'm paying now and hung up.
