Area Code 989 Scams and Spam Calls

I received a call from 989-312-6035. They left a message about helping me with a past due bill. I have no past due bills. To me this is a scam call.

We are a market research company conducting political surveys and gathering public opinion. We are not selling anything. All answers are completely anonymous and kept strictly confidential. We are not spam. - AC

acted as if they were texting from my company.

Call trying to confirm/acquire personal information and sell you an extended vehicle warranty. They've been asked to stop calling and ignore those requests.

They ask for personal information while trying to convince you to buy an extended warranty. I've asked them to stop calling, but they call anyway.

Spam

claimed to be a veterinarian, asking for money for a fake pet

Says it's a loan officer. Check your messages. But that's only message they left. I just block them. They call from many numbers

Calls several times a week and leaves no message. Caller ID says Nathan Coder.

Refuses to say who they were while asking personal information.

Hangup call where the caller ID just said "BAY CITY MI" (with the text pushed to the edges of the screen by the gap in the middle). Effectively NO hits for the # on Google, either. Guessing a spoofed #.

1-989394-6528 Nothing is being said. Also calling several times a day.

Wrong number

Stop calling me from 989-256-8070 !! This is an unwanted call that violates my "Do Not Call" listing.
