Called asking for my dad who has been dead for 23 years, the caller proceeded to tell me I could get 1 carpeted room cleaned for free. I don't even live in Michigan, and never have, neither did my dad.

Called with claim of free product provided by family members (named specifically) . Called family named during phone call. They never purchased gift certificate and never heard of the company. I don't know the scam they're going for, but obviously they're liars.
