they’ve been calling me once a day for about a week now but still no message left so they’re not getting an answer from me

Rcvd call from 988-391-3168. I don't answer unknown calls and of course no message left. 2nd time they've called.
On Thursday April 23 2020 at 3:28 mountain time I got an call from 1-989-391-3168 I don't answer my cell phone and let this call from Michigan go till miss call and no voice mail or no name period.
Received call from number. Left voicemail. Could hear voices in background but no one talking to me. Possible scam.
Received call. Caller did not let it ring long enough to answer it. Left no message.
