Who called me from this phone number (984) 465-1040

Constantly receiving calls and voicemails wanting me to sell my house and they will give me cash. No company or a person's name is ever mentioned. I block these numbers daily and they all have the 984 area code, the next day, I receive another call and voicemail with the same area code and a different number. I have reported this to the FTC. Please do not answer these calls or call them back...SCAMMERS!!!!!!
