Threat of legal proceedings via robo call. No company named.
They are trying to scare you into thinking social security has paid you too much money and you have to pay it back
The automated voice said legal proceeding were going to begin because of fraudulent activity on my social security number. Judging from the comments, this is a scam and I'm not bothering to call the number back. And I know I'm not involved in any illegal activities.
I dont know what they claim was the problem cause I only got a partial message. They said to call back before they begin with legal proceedings.
my daughter got this call, I called them back spoke to someone with a strong accent that obviously wasn't from Texas, told them I was Officer *(&^% with the Sheriff's Dept and was reporting this to the Social Security Office my self & they Immediately hung up on me...

Two calls........ saying SS number had been used call before legal action is taken.
called and left message to call before legal action was taken. never say who what or why. just threaten you with legal action.
If everyone calls him back to mess with him, he might be too busy to mess with real victims
