Whoever this is, they do not speak. They call repeatedly and when you stop answering, switch to the next number - 972-585-5369, then 972-585-5371. Ten, twenty calls in a row.
I was called from this number twice claiming that an inmate named "Jerry" at a correctional facility wanted to contact me. I have no idea who this is, and can only assume the call is a scam.

My phone identified the number as "Capitol Auto Sales" but it's the customer service for MyPrepaidCenter, a website that does virtual prepaid gift cards. The man said his name was Francis.
