The man said his name is Gregory Warren and he is a process server in my county. He was calling for my husband, who passed away 3 yrs ago! And process servers don't schedule an appt to serve you.
Said they are serving papers in next few days. Said legal carrier must make contact or surrender back to what sounded like Clinton county. Did not return their call. Wish I could set them up and nail them.
These people are fakes. They try calling all your relatives and family members. Do not respond to them
