Who called me from this phone number (956) 625-0365

Received a call from this number saying that they were calling from TCP software and were asking what our company uses for employee time clock/time scheduling software to schedule our employee's work schedules. He said his name was Billy. He wouldn't give me his email address when asked for it and instead asked me for my email so that he can send me information regarding what he is selling. I asked instead for a callback number and this is what he gave me. It's also the same number from caller ID. I assume this was a vishing (scam) call, but I'm not certain.
