Caller left voicemail with threatening legal action/arrest warrant if not returned immediately to number 844-809-2881. BOTH numbers answer as County Mediations & when I called yesterday I spoke with someone named Michelle who told me that a payday lender had lodged a complaint against me stating that I had secured a payday loan from them on 1/28/2011 & that I could settle out of court for 70% of the debt by making an immediate good faith payment to them & arrangements to pay the balance or they would prosecute me for purposeful fraud and issue a warrant for my arrest. I made the good faith payment of $100.00 but after seeing the charge on my acct was from LSA, Fort Mills, SC I began to think this was a scam.
