Fake voiced Robocall that left a message as soon as voicemail picked up. No idea from who it was or what it was for

Got a call from this #, said she was with Spectrum Business, and that her name was Emma Smith. Sure didn't sound like someone named Emma Smith. Asked how much our monthly bill is. Highly suspicious.
I answered a call from a foreigner who said, "Yes, Maam, this is your electric company." I said, "Nope! You're a scammer. Who is my electric company, anyway?" He has no answer. Fraud!
