No Need for the DoNotCall Registry as it is after 15+ years is still an ineffective service. Companies need to do some heavy vetting processes on their hired technology specialists as there could be "bad actors" with work-VISAs or citizens that are perpetrators of these tactics (Robo-Spam-Scam-Spoofed) calls with a ploy/plot to increase demand for software application services to become millionaires/billionaires or infuse/fund their terrorists activities.
