Who called me from this phone number (937) 756-0208

I'm not sure if it's specifically unsafe, but the caller asked me if I had been in a motor accident. I had been a passenger during an extremely minor motor accident where the driver reversed slowly into another vehicle, giving both minor scuffs on the exterior. The caller was asking of my state of health but didn't indicate who/what agency they were with.
