TIS PAY PAL CREDIT COLLECTIONS WIT NUMBER SPOOFING THEY CHANGE 1 digit on their original # and spoof the call to by pass call block... they use over 2000 numbers to harass people this way....never ending condensending a' holes.. Pay pal uses EVERY Illegal trick in the BOOK to Harass people. call before 8 AM till midnight with spoofed Numbers
