Brooklyn, NY at 7:56pm #: 929-290-0280, on August 31, 2020, before this number, Brooklyn, NY at 6:48 pm, # 718-382-7951, on August 31, 2020, the caller didn't hang up immediately, just before the voice message prompt came on, did they hang up and I heard a busy signal, then a click and the call hung on for each of these numbers. I don't pick up if I don't recognize the number or name of the person calling. What are the Federal, State and Local Governments doing to protect citizens from these unwanted, harassing telephone calls, what are my tax dollars being used for? Prosecute these annoying, fraudulent, sociopathic criminals!
